🚰 IMPORTANT: Square up your water bill! 

Did you know that the community purchases water collectively from the city? Leaving your water bill unpaid could mean that the entire community’s water gets shut off. 

Please have your water bills squared away before the new year so that the HOA board has a firm understanding of the community chest before proposing a budget for the new year.

Did you know online payment is now available? Create your account on eliteassociationmanagement.org today to make payments online. Our “community ID” is 958; use your house number as your account number.
