Park at Prince Community Update

Howdy Neighbor! Just a quick note from The Park At Prince Homeowners Association.

🅿️ New Community Parking Policy Rolling Out

City code enforcement has recently paid us a visit and has regretfully required us to keep the internal streets clear. Emergency vehicles need easy access to all households, yards and gates. 

Starting October 1st, 2023 do not park or store vehicles on any internal streets.

You may continue to park along the exterior streets. Rollout of this policy, including when it will be towing-enforced, begins October 1st, 2023. If you have any questions on what is considered an “internal street”, where you can park, and why this change was made, please visit the Community Parking Policy at parkatprince.com.

As a reminder, the speed limit inside the community is 5 mph at all times, in drive or reverse. Let’s keep our community safe and accessible during emergencies.

📬Reports of Mail Theft

There are reports of mail thefts from our community mailboxes. Please check your mail daily during daylight hours until further notice. Report any specific instances of mail theft to HPD (https://www.houstontx.gov/police/online_report.htm) and the USPS Postal Inspectors (https://www.uspis.gov/report). If you have surveillance footage of any community mailboxes, please get in touch with the HOA board.
