Howdy Neighbor! Just a quick note from The Park At Prince Homeowners Association.

It’s been a tough few months with the derecho in late 2024-05 and then Hurricane Beryl in 2024-07. Much like our surrounding neighborhood, homes in Park at Prince have required repair up to and including whole new roofs. Here’s some guidance we can offer for the community:

🚧 Parking is limited in the community. Please instruct contractors to be ready to move their vehicles to allow regular traffic flow during your repair. Please stage materials in your garages rather than on community streets.

🚛 Our trash and recycling vendor has notified us of disruptions in service. Please be patient with them as they resume regularly pickups. If your trash or recycling has not been picked up on schedule, you can leave it out an additional 24hrs before bringing it back inside.

🤺 The HOA board is actively seeking bids for repair or replacement of the perimeter fences along the south side of the community. If your property is affected, please contact the Board about segments of this fence in your easements.

🌳 Damaged trees can be a real challenge. Please notify the HOA Board before removing a tree.
