📆 Mark your calendars! Community Meeting on April 25 at 6pm

Please join us for the annual community meeting on April 25 at 6pm at the southern crossover street between interior Prince Street and interior W 13th Street. We will review the annual budget, nominate and vote for a board member position, and discuss other matters.

Volunteers to serve the HOA community are wanted!

• Our current HOA Board Secretary will be vacating his position soon, so we’re now accepting nominations to fill this important role. It’s a great way to stay involved and make a meaningful contribution, with a manageable time commitment. Please consider volunteering!
• We’re looking for a few community-minded neighbors to join our Architectural Review Committee (ARC)! This volunteer group plays a key role in maintaining the look and feel of our neighborhood by reviewing and approving exterior home improvement requests—such as paint colors, fences, roofs, landscaping, and additions—based on our community guidelines. The time commitment is minimal, typically just a few reviews per quarter done via email or short meetings. If you have an eye for detail and care about keeping our neighborhood beautiful, we’d love to have you onboard!

Spring is a great time to spruce up our yards and fences, and while maintenance is always up to each homeowner, we’d love to encourage everyone to take a little time to refresh their outdoor spaces and fences—it really helps keep our community looking its best!
