Just a quick note from The Park At Prince Homeowners Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcc6 <strong>Mark your calendars!<\/strong> Community Meeting on April 25 at 6pm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please join us for the <strong>annual community meeting on April 25 at 6pm<\/strong> at the southern crossover street between interior Prince Street and interior W 13th Street. We will review the annual budget, nominate and vote for a board member position, and discuss other matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\uddf3\ufe0f HOA Board member position open. Review Committee volunteers needed.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Volunteers to serve the HOA community are wanted!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our current <strong>HOA Board Secretary<\/strong> will be vacating his position soon, so <strong>we\u2019re now accepting nominations to fill this important role<\/strong>. It\u2019s a great way to stay involved and make a meaningful contribution, with a manageable time commitment. Please consider volunteering!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We\u2019re looking for a few community-minded neighbors to join our <strong>Architectural Review Committee (ARC)<\/strong>! This volunteer group plays a key role in maintaining the look and feel of our neighborhood by reviewing and approving exterior home improvement requests\u2014such as paint colors, fences, roofs, landscaping, and additions\u2014based on our community guidelines. The time commitment is minimal, typically just a few reviews per quarter done via email or short meetings. If you have an eye for detail and care about keeping our neighborhood beautiful, we\u2019d love to have you onboard!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Reach out to the HOA Board to volunteer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd28 Check &amp; repair your outdoor spaces &amp; property fences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Spring is a great time to spruce up our yards and fences, and while maintenance is always up to each homeowner, we\u2019d love to <strong>encourage everyone to take a little time to refresh their outdoor spaces and fences<\/strong>\u2014it really helps keep our community looking its best!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Howdy Neighbor!
